Stocklmeir Room Reps act as a liaison between the teacher and the class. Your job is that of a volunteer coordinator rather than the main volunteer for your class. Get the families in your class involved, ask for help and delegate. This is a great opportunity to connect with your child’s teacher, the students in the class and create many wonderful memories. Thank you for being a Room Rep!
Our goal this year is to abide by campus requirements, bring our students joy in a safe manner, and support our teachers. Room Rep volunteers must meet all volunteer requirements to volunteer on campus.
Thank you for your support towards meeting our goal!
There are several requirements to be a volunteer on campus this year. Below is a list of those requirements. If you choose to only be a Room Rep from a distance (organize food/games for parties and collect funds), you will not have to meet these requirements.
1. Complete Mandated Reporter Training select “Volunteers” under the list of Available Trainings and “Child Abuse Prevention | Volunteers | CA”.
2. Sign the CUSD volunteer agreement
3. Complete Fingerprinting clearance
If you have been scanned for CUSD before let your school site know.
CUSD contracts with Mail All Center in Mountain View .
Address: 809 Cuesta Drive , Suite B, Mountain view, CA. 650-961-4646
4. Submit TB Assessment.
This is valid for 4 years.
Check with your insurance as they may cover this testing.
If you have questions please ask Joan Aoki.
You can go to your own doctor for this or visit one of the options below. We are not affiliated with these businesses but have heard that other families have had success with these locations.
