Room Rep Introduction Letter

The Room Rep Introduction Letter is the opportunity for you to introduce yourself as the Room Parent, share key information and request Class Fund donations to put towards the classroom parties and celebrations.  This letter can be emailed or printed.

The Room Rep letter is a great way to introduce yourself to the other class parents and to let them know about your role as a Room Rep. In addition, the Room Rep letter lets the parents know that you will be collecting $25 donations for the class fund and their email addresses for communication purposes. Try and give parents a week to complete the forms and return them with their Class Fund donation.

Ask your teacher for a list of students in the class. That way you can keep track of those who have donated and you will have a list of students for future reference. When you feel you have collected all the donations from your class, start a budget for each of the events that you will be coordinating.
